LED replacement kit AEB beacon - Give your beacon even more power

With this LED replacement kit, you change the color of your AEB beacon. The replacement kit is available in 3 variants:

• Yellow/blue
• Yellow/red
• Yellow/green

The AEB beacon LED replacement kit has been specifically developed as a direct replacement for the original H1 halogen bulb in the AEB 590 and 595 beacons. The LED unit is dual color, but you do not have to use the color change. You can also simply let it light up in one fixed color.

Each light source contains 42 powerful LEDs (21 per color) and operates exclusively in a transparent lens. This gives your beacon a modern, bright, and low-maintenance light source.

Assembly

Installing the replacement kit is very simple:

1. Unscrew the glass from the beacon.

2. Loosen the nut and remove the original H1 bulb.

3. Cut the thread that runs up through the foot.

4. Insert the new LED light source and secure it with the nut.

5. Detach the top part of the lamp by removing the three larger screws.

6. Connect the colored wires inside the lamp housing.

The easiest way is to connect them to the existing input wire.
Note: With reversed polarity, the beacon rotates in the opposite direction. You can also lead the wires outside separately if you prefer.
