Adjusted opening times due to Truckstar Festival Assen (NL)

Due to the Truckstar Festival, on Friday, July 26, we will be available by phone until 12:30 p.m. The warehouse will be open that day until 17:00. On Saturday, July 27, the warehouse will be open from 09:00 to 11:00 for pickup of ordered orders only. See you at our stand in Assen!

You can call and email to us. We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. We are not satisfied until the customer is.

Complaint about delivery: damaged package received.
If you receive a package with visible damage from the carrier ask the driver to make a note of the condition of your package.
If the product or package is delivered to you damaged, please notify us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
We cannot guarantee compensation if you contact us after 5 days as we can no longer hold the carrier responsible.
If you receive a damaged package, please send us the following information:

  1. Order number and delivery date
  2. Photos of the shipping box + label
  3. Photos of the products
  4. Any further relevant information
