We recommend using 1FS-Normal. It's a great compromise between strength and not leaving a lot of deep scratches. The Hard and Super Hard require a little more experience. These are a lot more powerful and therefore leave more scratches. Of course you remove it again in a second step, but this requires knowledge and skill.
