Complaints
We do our utmost to ensure that every customer is satisfied. If you have an unexpected complaint, please contact us. You can call us or send us an email. We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. We are only satisfied when the customer is satisfied.
Complaints about delivery: Damaged package received.
If you receive a package with visible damage from the carrier, ask the driver to make a note of the condition of your package.
If the product or package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment via [email protected].
We cannot guarantee compensation if you contact us after 5 days, as we can no longer hold the carrier liable.
In the event of a damaged package, please send us the following information:
Order number and delivery date
Photos of the shipping box + label
Photos of the products
Any other relevant information

How long is the warranty period for the items I ordered?
We offer a one-year warranty on all purchased items after purchase. Is your item defective or not working properly? Then please contact us. We are happy to help!
How do I use the warranty?
You must notify us within a reasonable period of time after discovering the defect.
If we consider the complaint to be justified, the products in question will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after consultation with you.
The maximum refund will be the price you paid for the product.
How does it work?

- Specify which item is defective
- Provide the best possible description of the defect
- Ideally, include some photos or videos of the item so that we can quickly gain an insight into the defect and its possible cause
We do not provide a warranty for the following:
- Customized products
- Spraying
- Lighting where the housing is painted.
- Ledson items where the DT plug has been cut off.
